Welcome to Medicine Horse Farm!

Medicine Horse Farm is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and a PATH Int'l center dedicated to serving those with physical, medical and emotional disabilities.  Located near Plattsburgh, NY,  Medicine Horse Farm promotes physical wellness and emotional healing in partnership with horses.

The sessions at Medicine Horse Farm are fully insured and are led by PATH Int'l Certified Instructor Marie Postiglione-Dupell and dedicated volunteers, and are aimed to help the participants reach their full potential.
