Participants We Serve

• All participants must be ambulatory
• Children starting at 3 years of age and adults of all ages
• Physically challenged with arthritis, amputations, traumatic brain injury, neurological disorders, stroke, speech, hearing and visually impaired
• Attention Deficit Hyperactive/ Attention Disorder, Austism Spectrum, Downs Syndrome, developmentally delayed, depression, emotional, sexual or physical abuse, eating disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, and Sensory Integrative Disorder

WE ARE OPWDD MEDICAID PROVIDERS FOR DAY HABILITATION SERVICES.  $55.00 per hr.
